I’m a self-development coach applying Positive Psychology to my work. I’ve graduated from Level 7 PG Career Coaching at University of East London. I am also a project coordinator, photographer, writer, life partner, daughter, sister, friend, woman… and last but not least Mother! I mostly coach women and my aim is to support them in achieving their goals and dreams. In my work I focus mainly on the potential, motivational techniques and most of all on inner strength and positive thinking, as well as an open-minded and hopeful approach to life. I believe we all have potential and no one has a bigger influence on our own thoughts and lives than yourself.
WHAT DO I DO?
I am here to support my clients in achieving their goals and dreams. I focus mainly on the potential, motivational techniques and most of all on your inner strength and positive thinking, as well as an open-minded and hopeful approach to life. As an effect my clients feel excitement instead of fear when thinking about life changes. They transform their negative thoughts into positive ones, learning how to deal with thinking errors and underestimating themselves. They learn how to make their own, beneficial decisions and how to set goals and achieve whatever they dream of in their private and work life.
Coaching session lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes during which we held a conversation where coach ask the questions that help you to identify your goals, strengths and motivations, reflect on your past and emotions, find out more about your talents and core needs. I
WHY AM I DIFFERENT?
I guide you through the process of self-development by focusing on your emotions and limiting beliefs. I I combine goal reaching coaching methods with mindfulness and positive psychology – for you to be able to learn how to listen to your body and emotions, verify negative thoughts and core needs. I teach how to make decisions that are in harmony with your true needs and desires.
WHY AM I DOING IT?
I believe we all have potential and no one has a bigger influence on our own thoughts and lives than yourself. I am a coach not only after academic training but also with private experience in life coaching, therapies and hard work on my own positive and open approach to life. I have decided to free myself from strangling thoughts and suffocating assumptions, therefore I believe I am the best example of positive life and career change. I also believe that change is possible for any of us if a certain amount of effort is put into ones actions.
