We will focus mainly on the potential, motivational techniques and most of all on your inner strength and positive thinking, as well as an open-minded and hopeful approach to life. As an effect my clients feel excitement instead of fear, when thinking about life changes. They transform their negative thoughts into positive ones, learning how to deal with thinking errors and underestimating themselves. They learn how to make their own, beneficial decisions and how to achieve whatever they dream of in their private and work life.
Coaching session lasts approximately 45 minutes during which we held a conversation and me as a coach ask the questions that help you to identify your goals, strengths and motivations, reflect on your past and emotions, find out more about your talents and core needs.
